You know all those books you've been meaning to read about leadership development and workforce culture? Well Emily has been reading them and is committed to share the things she has been taught with others who are motivated to move beyond the seeming state of constant crisis and scarcity in the workforce. The answers are so simple, you'll be surprised how easy it is to get started and see immediate results in your workplace with increased employee satisfaction and retention.
Quarterly meetings are scheduled and planned with no contract, no minimum obligation, no subscription, strictly as needed basis. Quarterly consulting pricing starts at $1000/quarter.
On an as needed basis for an hourly rate that is subject to the travel/labor involved, starts at $95/hour..
We meet together to design objectives and a plan, then we contract for the time we will be working together.
An agreement for short term intervention that typically is a 3-month relationship building and executing plans with focus on sustainable outcomes/changes.
The pricing is subject to our agreement of a plan and estimated labor cost to support you/your team in this intervention.
Travel costs are expected to be reimbursed by the client.
Pricing starts at $1000 for short term intervention.
An agreement for long-term intervention with acute in person help for 1-3 months and then distance support with periodic in-person follow-up as needed for 12-18 months, with potential for an extra cost. Travel costs are expected to be reimbursed by the client.
Pricing starts at $5000.00 for long term intervention.
I also offer workshop training: The nature of the workshop will be tailored to the needs of your place of work. This will be determined together in the initial meeting(s).
Workshops can be half/full day, or for a weekend event.
Travel expenses are expected to be reimbursed by the client.
Workshop training prices start at $100/person and are relative to the length of training and level of difficulty of material/preparation.
