How Can I learn more?

Arrive on Friday evening, we will have some social time, and good food. If the weather is good, we will enjoy the amazing views and lovely backyard.

Saturday morning there will be some physical movement with the early sun, overlooking Campobello Island. Throughout the day we will have activities and free time scheduled with plenty of good food. In the evening we will have time to reflect, respond and rest.

Sunday morning we will have movement with the sunrise, meditation, art and excellent food. We will spend the morning together and in the afternoon say our goodbyes.

How can I sign up?

There are 6 spots open for this retreat, you can pay the cost to attend in one or two payments. Please plan to pay at least the 50% deposit on signing up.

What is Emily All About?

This is where you find that standard background stuff, hopefully not too boring.

Emily Howe, RN, Assistant Director of Nursing with United Cerebral Palsy, has connected people of all backgrounds for over twenty years through advocacy, recovery, community service, and leadership training. A veteran of the US Air Force, and a graduate of Eastern Maine Community College with more than 13 years in the healthcare industry, she brings valuable insights and techniques for building strong, resilient relationships to the organizations and individuals she works with.

A seasoned healthcare professional with a striking personal journey including poverty, recovery from drug and alcohol addiction and life as a young, single mother, Emily credits her education, relationships, and her community as the driving force for developing her own resilience and recovery. Passionate about helping others and investing in her community, Emily brings people together to learn, grow, and develop into the best partners, employers, colleagues, and humans they can be.

Long-lasting success is cultivated through understanding, empathy, and education. Emily brings these elements together in her consulting and coaching work as you embark on your path to a sustainable future with a happy staff, and a team who looks forward to spending time together.

Well Emily has been reading them and is committed to share the things she has been taught with others who are motivated to move beyond the seeming state of constant crisis and scarcity in the workforce. The answers are so simple, you'll be surprised how easy it is to get started and see immediate results in your workplace with increased employee satisfaction and retention.

Long/Short Term Intervention Consulting

We meet together to design objectives and a plan, then we contract for the time we will be working together.

Short Term Intervention Consulting

An agreement for short term intervention that typically is a 3-month relationship building and executing plans with focus on sustainable outcomes/changes.

The pricing is subject to our agreement of a plan and estimated labor cost to support you/your team in this intervention.

Travel costs are expected to be reimbursed by the client.

Pricing starts at $3,000 per week, for short term intervention.

Long Term Intervention Consulting

An agreement for long-term intervention with acute in person help for 1-3 months and then distance support with periodic in-person follow-up as needed for 12-18 months, with potential for an extra cost. Travel costs are expected to be reimbursed by the client.

Pricing starts at $3,000/week, for long term intervention.

Workshop Training

I also offer workshop training: The nature of the workshop will be tailored to the needs of your place of work. This will be determined together in the initial meeting(s).

Workshops can be half/full day, or for a weekend event.

Travel expenses are expected to be reimbursed by the client.

Workshop training prices start at $199/person and are relative to the length of training and level of mastery required educate and to prepare materials.
