By booking with Elemental Consulting Services, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions::

Cancellation notice must be provided to Elemental with at least 14 days notice for full refund of payment.
This website might not have the most up to date information on pricing or products and services offered, Elemental retains the right to change protocols and policy at any time without notice to the client.
Reproduction of any printed, recorded, written, or digital content is prohibited without written consent from Elemental.
Email through the website or to elementalwithemily@gmail.com are the appropriate methods of contact for information and booking appointments.
Elemental does not offer phone consultations outside intake assessments. Elemental does not offer pre intake appointment information sessions in phone or by person.
Elemental is not a therapist, or a physician and can not prescribe any treatment.
Client understands that they have the responsibility for changing and doing the work required after the training in order to have sustainable success.
Client understands that a training with Elemental is educational and fun.
Client understands that they will be required to participate in planning solutions and the actively participate in goal setting and design of action steps.
Client understands they will be responsible for their success.
Client understands that president of Elemental, Emily Howe, does not claim to have original ideas about the content of her products/training/written/recorded material/training content. She assumes that she has been taught anything that has value by the community around her and by her study of other people's research. Any material that seems to be similar to a published author, is hereby acknowledged to be their own writing and not the original ideas of Emily Howe.

Return and Refund Policy

Cancellation with less than 14 days notice will result in reduced or possibly no refund available to client. Short notice cancellations make it impossible to predict income or plan to prevent loss of predicted income. Please help your community by respecting the time of those you schedule an appointment to receive services.

A Return and Refund Policy

All Cancellations must give at least 14 days notice to be eligible for full refund.
Cancellation between 7-14 days notice will be refunded 50% of original cost quoted for training or appointment.
Cancellation with less than 7 days notice is not eligible for any refund of cost of services.
Referrals to new clients will be eligible for up to 50% discount of services on subsequent booking.
