Shadows, Spice and Everything Nice Retreat
Elemental Consulting and Dr. Therese Alban are coming together in beautiful Ellsworth Maine, for Halloween weekend, 2026. We are excited to offer this luxury opportunity for women to gather together to improve our spicy talk, build our ability to participate in difficult discussions, and grow in self acceptance.
Arrive Friday afternoon and stay until Sunday afternoon in a beautiful mansion in the charming town of Ellsworth, Maine. This retreat includes fun activities, great food prepared onsite, relaxation, and some fun, spicy education. Special guest Kristen McKay, acclaimed photographer, will offer guests to experience the transformational experience of seeing their photo through her professional camera lens. The education will focus on building our capacity to have difficult discussions in the kitchen, the car and in the bedroom. Register for this retreat no later than September 1st, to enjoy the full experience and register early to get your discount! Pay your deposit by the rth of July to save 20% on the deposit.
Guests will depart on Sunday with a greater sense of self acceptance, a greater capacity to particapte peacefully in triggering situations and difficult communication, a couple of new books, and fantastic new connections.

Each luxurious bedroom has all the comforts of home. To fully access this house, all guests must be able to manage stairs daily. Bathrooms are for all guests to use; none are assigned to specific bedrooms. Each bedroom is a unique space and most are for single occupancy. The cost to stay is relative to the size of the bed/room and includes all fees, taxes, and charges for the weekend. Your cost to stay covers all meals, food, drink, and tools needed to participate in the retreat activities.

This Romance Novel themed weekend will be a fun and gentle way to explore the topics that challenge us and make those discussions tricky. Will be exploring some common and predictable scenarios like, What's for dinner? We will discover our spicy personality type, and explore the shadows! We will build our vocabulary for spicy times and pillow talk while also increasing our ability to respond to triggering situations. We are so looking forward to exploring this with you.

Stairs and Bathrooms
Please note: this is an old Maine home, it will be chilly weather, please pack accordingly. Please note: there will be a need to navigate stairs every day, for every guest. The first floor does not have a full bathroom. All bathrooms are considered shared guest bathrooms whenever available, no bathrooms are assigned for any particular bedroom's use. There is one option for coming with your favorite roommate in the double queen suite.
